1. Payment Due Date: Payment is due in the following manner, 50% initial payment, 50% due upon completion of project.

2.Default Payments:
The client shall assume responsibility for any costs incurred by JoevaWeb for the collection of legal and collection fees necessitated by default payments.

3. Estimates:
If this form is used for an estimate or assignment confirmation, the fees and expenses shown are minimum estimates only. Final fees and expenses shall be shown when the invoice is delivered. The client's approval shall be obtained for any increases that exceed the original estimate by 10% or more.
